We accept payments through PayPal, checks or deposits. A 30 days payment option is offered.
A minimum order of 5 pieces is required.
We require 2 weeks for delivery after order is placed.
File types we accept:
We accept the following image types: jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, ps, pdf, png, psd, svg. The maximum size file you can upload per logo is 50mb. We generally ask for files to be 300 DPI or higher.
There may be certain limitations depending on the customization type you select.
Cancellations after printing has begun
Because of the customized nature of these goods, we do not allow cancellations once we begin printing an order. Orders enter the printing process as early as two business day after they are placed.
Cancellations before printing has begun
We allow cancellations on orders that have been processed but have not yet begun the printing process.

Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem! Please read through our policies below, and contact us if you have any questions.
If your item arrives damaged, not as described, or is simply the wrong size, please contact us and we will gladly replace any applicable items!

We will gladly refund or exchange, within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
What can be returned:
- Exchanges are available exclusively for orders that ship to the contiguous USA.
- Any item damaged prior to arrival or defective.
